We were incredibly grateful to be contacted by Omar Sheikh from Page Personnel a leading Recruitment Agency in Reading
The amazing team consisting of Omar, Jazz, Desiey, Chris, Jamie, Mark, Ophelie, Izi and Harry kindly used their work volunteering day to support us with our annual stock take. After working with Page Personnel in 2022, we were so pleased when they said they wanted to come back and do the stock
take for a second year in a row.This fantastic group of young, dynamic superstars ensured every single item at Westberks Foodbank Warehouse was accurately weighed and recorded. Great teamwork, logical thinking and hard work meant that our final figures were over 28 tonnes of stock weighed and an error margin of less than 1% recorded. The group even added a link to donate to the Foodbank on their “out of office” emails whilst they were with us!
On the d
ay we were also supported by the HR Team at Vodafone in Newbury, who came in and worked out of our second smaller warehouse.
The day was organised by Victoria and the team worked fantastically hard. Aching backs but big smiles at the end of a long day.
The final shout out goes to Norma UK Group 
who saved the day! After checking our 3 sets of scales 2 days before the audit, on the morning of the stocktake, one set failed to start up. Our Deputy Manager Laura went to their warehouse and explained our predicament. They immediately found us two sets of scales to allow us to get all teams working at full capacity.
